tailored for the needs of church food service directors.
• A point system based certification program which enables church
food service directors to earn the title of CFSA or CFSD (Certified
Food Service Administrator or Certified Food Service Director).
• Monthly communications containing information relating to church
food service and NACFS.
• A membership directory that allow access to our members who
have a wealth of practical experience built on years of service in churches
on the mechanics of administering church food service.
• Continuing assessment of need the NACFS can address for our
members.
• Automatic membership to the local chapter in their area, where
regular meetings and programs are held. Local chapters are a source
of support and assistance, and provide an opportunity to "employee swap"
during peak work times, a place to borrow items in emergencies and a
forum for new recipes.
